Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to neurology or neurological processes. Linguistic refers to language. Programming occurs through learned experiences. According to its creators, neurological processes, language and behavioral patterns learned from experiences are linked and can be changed to achieve your goals.
